Observation

Provider's 10 month old grandson was napping in the bedroom alone. The bedroom door was closed. The child was in a crib with a thin cloth folded under his head. He was sleeping on his stomach so his face was on this folded cloth. A blanket and blanket stuffy were also in the crib with the child.
